Eighth-grade students at Middle School North learned about a wide variety of careers at today’s Career Fair. Thanks to volunteers, students learned about careers in advertising/sales, cosmetology, fashion design, firefighting, journalism, law, nursing, the military, aviation, programming and real estate.
Families were treated to some wonderful performances at Middle School North’s Open House last week.
About 250 band, orchestra and chorus students at Middle School North received a special treat last Friday. They saw the Lyric Opera production of “Jesus Christ Superstar”. They had an awesome time.

Students in the Middle School North Sew What Club had the opportunity to collaboratively paint cellos that were no longer usable. The students chose to embrace the purpose of the instrument by incorporating music-related imagery with school-related subject matter. The cellos will be on permanent display in the school!
