Book Fair Extravaganza! 📕

📚 The book fair at Hawthorn Middle North will be Monday, September 30th- Friday, October 5th. Students will shop with their Language Arts teacher. 

No Cash, No Problem! 💳

Not a fan of cash? Sign your student up for an eWallet to shop the Book Fair! Every student who creates an eWallet to shop the fair will be entered to win $10 to spend at the fair!

Curriculum Night

It was so wonderful to see so many of you at Curriculum Night! We hope you enjoyed the evening and were able to get any questions answered. We encourage you to reach out to staff if you need any support or have any lingering questions.

 

No Phones

We strongly discourage sending a phone with your child to school. If it is absolutely necessary, please remind them to power it off and keep it locked in their locker. According to our Student Handbook, phones must be powered off and out of sight throughout the entire school day. They can be turned back on once school is over.

If students need to contact parents, office phones are available. Phones seen during the school day may be confiscated by a staff member and kept in the office until the end of the day. These expectations also apply to smartwatches.
