Students Learn About Career Paths

Eighth-grade students at Middle School North learned about a wide variety of careers at today’s Career Fair. Thanks to volunteers, students learned about careers in advertising/sales, cosmetology, fashion design, firefighting, journalism, law, nursing, the military, aviation, programming and real estate.

This Instrument Is a Work of Art

Students in the Middle School North Sew What Club had the opportunity to collaboratively paint cellos that were no longer usable. The students chose to embrace the purpose of the instrument by incorporating music-related imagery with school-related subject matter. The cellos will be on permanent display in the school!
