Carmel Catholic High School Admissions Information

Students who want to be considered for admission must submit a formal application to Carmel Catholic High School by December 13, 2019.  If you have already submitted your student’s application for admission, please disregard this email.

Applications received after this date will still be considered as long as space is available.

Click here to access the online application.

In addition to the application for admission, parents must also complete and submit the “Authorization to Release/Exchange Confidential Information form to their student’s current school. By signing and submitting this form to your student’s grade/junior high school, you are directing them to release records that are necessary for your student’s application file.

If your 8th-grade student did not attend the entrance exam at Carmel Catholic High School (or at any other Catholic high school in the Archdiocese of Chicago) on December 7, we are offering make-up exam opportunities by appointment and on Saturday, December 21, 2019.
