The following letter has gone home to each family regarding the new food vendor, OrganicLife, who will be preparing our school meals this year.
Hawthorn offers a web-based meal management program. We encourage family to use this system to monitor usage, account balances and even receive an email when account balances get low.
Meals can be purchased by check in the schools or go online to www.k12paymentcenter.com
Even if you don’t want to use the online payment system please set up an account to monitor your student’s meal usage and request an email alert when the balance gets low. There is no cost to set up an account and use the monitoring system. You will need your student’s 8 digit school ID number to create and check your account. The ID number can be found on the welcome letter. If you need further assistance please contact your student’s school office.
