Activity Bus
Hawthorn Middle School North offers an after activity school bus for students who participate in athletics, academics and extracurricular activities. There are four seasons throughout the year and applications must be submitted for each season. Both an Application and Participation Signature Approval Form must be submitted in order for an application to be reviewed and considered. Activity Bus Season Dates and Application Online Form Dates
After School Activity Bus Season 3: Tuesday January 16, 2024 - Thursday March 21, 2024
The Season 3 application online form will be available on November 27, 2023. The online application will only be available to accept responses until 8:00 AM Monday December 11, 2023 deadline. For Season 3 application inquiries after the deadline date, please contact the Middle School North office for assistance at 847-990-4400.
